| 群植由二、三十株以上至数百株的乔、灌木成群配植时称为群植，这个群体称为树群，树群可由单一树种组成亦可由数个树种组成。树群由于株数较多，占地较大。在园林中可作背景、伴景用，在自然风景区中亦可作主景。两组树群相邻时又可起到透景框景的作用。树群不但有形成景观的艺术效果，还有改善环境的效果。在群植时应注意树群的林冠线轮廓以及色相、季相效果，更应注意树木间种类闾的生态习性关系，务以能保持较长时期的相对稳定性。 Group planting is called group planting when there are more than 20, 30 or hundreds of trees and shrubs in groups.
